Notes: This is the toughest cache (4.5) we have found to date. The puzzle required deciphering data bursts, then converting to numbers, then translating these numbers to coordinates based on prime number rankings. Thanks to Jay for pointing out this cache, and confirming solution to the puzzle. This has only been found by 13 cachers in 18 months.
