I helped my friend solve this puzzle, and I think it's impossible to solve anymore so I thought I would post some information here to help future solvers who are searching for the unintelligible image provided in the cache.

Here are the images:

With some difficulty, I was able to figure out the concept that the two pictures are associated with Forum IDs for two geocachers.

 

I know the second one is for Road Runner:

So 30.8495149 * 373120 = 11510571 which I'm sure will give you the correct answer for the longitude.

The first image seems to be impossible to figure out..  For this, you'll need to guess a Forum ID that gives a whole number when multiplied by 17.48140218.

Karma - Getting Closer

Geocaching Karma is a calculation of how much you have contributed to the sport of Geocaching vs. how much you have taken.

It is a simple calculation equal to (total number of finds on caches you have placed) / (total number of caches you have found). Of course, you do not want to obsess too much about Geo-Karma, since it rewards placing very easy caches and does not adequately reward good puzzle caches (which we also enjoy placing).

Our Karma is currently up to .73 (191 / 261). I project that it should be over the coveted 1.0 threshold by the end of the summer.

Notes: This turned into an interesting adventure. Dropped Christy off at Wal-Mart, then went with Sam and Pete as it was getting dark. Sam walked almost the whole way. First Pete wandered a bit off course and spotted something in a tree stump right along one of the trails, although the GPS said 200+ feet away. This turned out to be a letterbox called "He Made Me Do It". This is the second time this year we have stumbled onto a letterbox while caching. Getting darker, we continued and located a cache labeled "Red Rock Corner", which apparently is this cache. Took a golf ball and glow stick, left three toys. We had a wonderful time.

Once Jay sent the numbers we figured out from the other Liver caches, I managed to solve it in about 5 minutes. Met Jay at parking lot at 9:00. Hiked in and got the FTF. I think this is the cache where I got about 50 or so chiggers on the first 0.2 miles of the hike.
